Is an Electric Toothbrush Ideal for Braces?

The same study also showed that, while a regular electric toothbrush works to rid the teeth of excess plaque very well, one with an advanced orthodontic head outperforms even the standard variety of electric toothbrush and is ideal in most cases. However, ceramic and gold styles of braces may not be able to withstand the heavier pressure an orthodontic head may produce.
